1. Government fees

Some of our prices include fees that are paid directly to the government — for example the £100 Companies House incorporation fee and the £50 confirmation statement fee. If a fee has been paid to the government and the government does not return it, we cannot refund that portion, because we no longer hold it. A government fee that has not yet been paid over is treated under section 3 below.

2. Our service fees

The remainder of your payment is NobleAxis Formation’s service fee. That fee is refundable under the terms of the service you bought, as set out in section 4 and on each service page.

3. Before your application is submitted

If you cancel before we have submitted your application or filing — and no government fee has yet been paid — our service fee is refunded, and any government fee not yet paid over is refunded with it.

4. After submission — no refund for a change of mind

Once an application has been submitted, an order cannot be cancelled, and a change of mind cannot be refunded, because the service has already been performed. For example, once an LTD application has been filed with the government, the registration work is done — a change of mind a day later does not undo it, so no refund is due for that reason.

The per-service approval promises below still apply on top of this rule:

• Bank Account Applications: if the bank does not approve your application, our service fee is refunded in full.
• VAT Registration Application: if HMRC does not approve your application, 50% of our service fee is refunded.

5. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payer — the same UK bank account you paid from. To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7311 132459 with your invoice number, and we will confirm the position against these terms.
